District IX - California Youth Soccer Association

Coaching Program Information

Our goal...

The goal of the Coaching Committee is that every team has at least a "F" licensed coach. Once the coach is licensed, we hope he or she will continue their education through the "E/D" level.

E Course Scheduled for May 2, 3, 4, 2008

CYSA North District IX will be hosting an E license level course on May 2, 3 and 4 at the Redding Soccer Park. There will be no cost to coaches from the Redding Youth Soccer League, only a commitment of your time.

To be eligible for this course, participants must hold an F License in good standing with CYSA North. The E course consists of a (3) hour classroom session beginning at 6pm on Friday May 2nd. The second day of the course continues with a (6) hour field session and a (1-1/2) hour classroom session on Saturday May 3rd beginning at 8m. The course will conclude on Sunday May 4th with a (6) hour field session and a (1-1/2) hour classroom session. Sunday's sessions will also begin at 8am.

If you know that you will need to hold an E license (required for coaches of U10 and older teams) for the Fall 2008 season, please consider taking the currently scheduled course. Coaches must be registered in advance as space is limited. To register or receive more information, contact Keith Stewart @ coaching@reddingsoccer.com.
